My New Story of "The Giving Brother"
6A Nicole Wong

Once upon a time, far away in the forest, there were two young orphans. The older brother, known as Trevor, lived in a garret with his lovable sister, Tiffany.
As an elder brother, Trevor was responsible for not only survival but also raising his younger sister. Trevor would look after Tiffany wherever he went or whatever he did. He carried Tiffany when preparing meals and looking for food. In her brother’s love and car, Tiffany grew happily. Although money was tight, they could still survive and live.
However, everything changed when Tiffany started to wish for more and Trevor can hardly afford. Tiffany had asked for a T-shirt and trousers every time she came home. This time, she asked for some money and a bag. “Where are you going this time?” Trevor asked with concern. “To explore the world outside,” Tiffany answered while grabbing her bag and left without glancing back.
Life was quite lonely and ironic for Trevor afterwards. Since he had to feed Tiffany when they were little, he used not to eat much. Now Tiffany had gone and he had a lot of spare time, with nothing to do.
Two years later, when Trevor was sulking, he heard a noise. It was Tiffany running back with … a killer! “What has happened, Tiffany?” Trevor shrieked at Tiffany as she ran into the house. “Hand her over!” the killer said, taking a bow and an arrow. “No way! Never dare to take my sister!” Tevor shouted. “Don’t blame me,” the killer said in a voice as cold as ice. He had prepared the arrow and he was now ready to …
Zoom! The arrow hit Trevor right in his body. Soon he was covered with blood.
Tiffany used all her effort to pluck out the arrow. Meanwhile a man who was a doctor came by and helped her stop his bleeding. “Tiffany, I am happy that I now know that you still love me and care for me. Don’t revenge! Spread love only. Love anyone who you still care!” Trevor said before he died. Tiffany lay beside him, crying desperately.
Give love to those you care and have helped you before it’s too late.
