How I became Healthy
4A Theodora Ching

Three years ago, I was a fat boy because I had bad eating habit. I was the heaviest boy in the class.
My P.E. teacher Miss Chow asked me about my eating habit. I ate big meals after going to school because going to school made me hungrier. I had two packets of potato chips and a can of cola for breakfast. I ate two cheeseburgers, a packet of candies and two cans of sprite. For dinner, I had two packets of chocolate and a lot of French fries. I ate two scoops of ice cream every night.
Miss Chow was worried. She asked me to go to Doctor Wong’s clinic. Doctor Wong was a nutritionist. She changed my diet. She suggested that I should have a bowl of cereal, a piece of bread and a glass of milk for breakfast. For lunch, I should have a bowl of rice, plenty of vegetables and two glasses of water. For dinner, I should have a bowl of rice with beef or pork, some vegetables and fruit such as strawberries. I follow the meal plan so I was stronger and fitter than before.
One year later, I was the healthiest boy in the class and was chosen to be Class 4D’s Health Ambassador. I was the happiest boy in the class.
