Dear Mrs. L. Wan,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere thanks to Mrs. A. Fu for encouraging my daughter, Charmaine Lee, in learning Mathematics and giving her an important lesson of her life.

I am the mother of Charmaine Lee who studies in Class 5C. Last month, Charmaine was depressed because of her poor Mathematics test result. She was upset that she found it difficult in understanding the new topics. I noticed that she started to be afraid of studying Mathematics and she started to avoid doing Mathematics homework. However, after a week, Charmaine showed me her Mathematics homework. I was surprised to know she got full marks! She was very happy and she told me how Mrs. A. Fu helped her to understand the difficult concepts. Apart from studying, Mrs. A. Fu also guided her how to handle difficulties in her life.

Mrs. A. Fu is patient and helpful. She has played a very important role in helping Charmaine to think positively. I am highly grateful to Mrs. A. Fu for this. I hope Charmaine will be able to incorporate Mrs. A. Fu’s teaching into her daily life and become a good person.

Once again, I would like to thank Mrs. A. Fu for being my daughter’s teacher.

Yours sincerely,

Mary

Mrs. Mary Lee
