Nowadays, many people in the world have their own mobile phones. It is much easier to contact people living far away from your place by mobile phones. Many people have been debating about this issue for a long time. Is bringing mobile phones to school good for us?

Firstly, bringing mobiles to school may hinder our learning progress. If we forget to turn off our mobile phones properly, they will disturb others when they suddenly ring and techers may scold us too. Once we get our mobile phones in our school bags, students are tempted to use their mobile phones secretly which make them not concentrate in class. If they don’t listen to teachers, they may try to cheat in their exams because they have no idea how to do them. They may compare with one another because there are people who have the latest models and some of them cannot afford them.

Secondly, using mobile phones may cause health problems. Mobile phones have radiation, and it may cause brain cancer. If we look at the mobile phone for a long period of time, we may have short sight.

However, bringing mobile phones to school can be good. We can call our parents if there is an accident. When we are sick, we can call our parents immediately.

In my view, bringing mobile phones to school is not good for us. Therefore we must not bring them to school.
