I was Sick

  Yesterday I had a tummy ache after lunch. My teacher called Mum to pick me up at school. Mum took me to the clinic.

  When I was at the clinic, the doctor examined me and asked me about my lifestyle. I did not eat breakfast. I had eat lunch only. For lunch, I had a little rice, a few tomato cubes, a lot of meat and French Fries. I never ate fruit. I ate a lot of sweets after lunch too! I did sports only in P.E. classes.

  The doctor said I was unhealthy. She gave me some advice. I must eat fewer sweets and less junk food. I needed to have nourished breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. More fruit and vegetables. I needed to have two to three bowls of rice every day. I had to do exercise five times a week. I was worried after listening to the doctor’s advice. I wanted to be a healthy girl.

  Today, I set up a health plan for myself. I eat less junk food, go jogging and eat a lot of healthy food. I hope I can be fitter and healthier.
