How I became healthy

      Three years ago, I was a thin girl and I was underweight. I was the thinnest in my class. I was seven years old. I was 130cm tall but I was only 30kg. My P.E. teacher , Miss Chow told me that I was underweight.I was worried.

      Miss Chow asked me about my eating habit. I had a packet of biscuits and a bottle of cola for breakfast.  At lunchtime, I had a box of candies and a can of cola. For dinner, I ate two packets of French fries. I had a scoop of ice cream every night.

      My mum was worried, so she took me to see the nutritionist, Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee gave me a paper, it was my new meal. She suggested me to have a bowl of cereal and a glass of milk for breakfast every morning. I should have a bowl of rice, some meat and plenty of vegetables for lunch. 

      At night I should have a bowl of soup noodles and some dumplings. I followed the new meal every day.  One year later, I became fitter and stronger. I was strong and healthy and I could walk for a long way.

      Last year, I got a gold medal on Sport Day! I won in the 200 metre race. I felt great.
