        Last month, I had a tummy ache.  I found myself could not go to the toilet easily.  I told it to my father about it on Sunday.  Then he took me to the clinic in Causeway Bay.

        Then, the doctor examined me and asked me to tell her my lifestyle.  I ate a few vegetables and a little fruit.  I drank a little water every day.  I also did exercise once every two weeks.  I watched TV at home five hours a day.

        The doctor gave me some advice.  She told me that I was underweight.  As for my eating habit, I ate too little fruit and too few vegetables.  I should eat a bowl of vegetables and fruit every meal.  They also had fibre and vitamins that could help me to stay healthy.  Exercises could help me to build the muscles and give me energy.  Therefore I should do more.  And exercise could let my intestines move, then I could go to the toilet easier.  After listening to doctor’s advice, I was worried.  I should keep myself healthy if I want to go toilet easily.

        Last week, I decided to have a healthy balanced diet for myself.  I ate more vegetables and fruit and drank at least eight glasses of water every day.  I went skipping for one hour a day.  I felt much better.
