A Letter To My Friend

Dear Bernice,

How are you recently? I am busy with my school work these days.
During the summer holiday, I joined a violin class. I learnt how to play the violin. The violin class teacher is Mrs Tse. She is helpful and kind. We all like her very much.

I have some new friends in the violin class. They are Anson and Emmie. Anson is nine years old. She is short and cute. She is polite to others. Everyone likes her. Her favourite subject is Putonghua. She is good at speaking Putonghua. Emmie is nine years old, too. She is tall and thin. She is a cheerful girl. She always smiles at me. Her favourite subject is Chinese. She is good at writing Chinese stories. I like reading her stories because her stories are interesting. They usually play games with me but they never fight with me.

Last week, I had a violin performance with some of my violin classmates in the City Hall. When we played the violin, Jolie played something different from us. We were anxious and worried that the audience would laugh at us. However, the audience clapped their hands loudly for us because we tried our best. After the performance, Mrs Tse said sorry to Jolie because she gave the wrong music score to Jolie by mistake. Jolie forgave Mrs Tse.
