Halloween is an old festival. It is on 31st October. People usually have costume parties. I like Halloween parties because they are exciting.

        Every year, my family have a costume party at home. I usually invite my friends, cousins and neighbours to the party. Some of them dress up as ghosts. Some dress up as pumpkins and evil devils. I like to dress up as a witch. My costume is light purple and light blue. I wear a pointed hat. I carry a broomstick, too.

        Before the party, we prepare special food for the party. We prepare monster pudding, ghost cookies and spider cupcakes. They are tasty. We prepare some fun games, too. They are ghost bottle bowling, mummy race and bobbing for apples. We enjoy the games very much.

        Halloween parties are really fun and we enjoy Halloween parties a lot. We feel happy but tired at the end of the day. We would like to have a Halloween party again next year.
