A Special Day

          It is Sunday. My dad, mum and I go out for lunch in Times Square. We enjoy the meal very much.

          My mum orders a hamburger. It tastes good. She likes it because it is her favourite food. Dad orders a dish of beef curry with rice. It tastes hot and spicy. He likes it because he likes hot and spicy food. I order a pizza and a cup of ice cream. It tastes wonderful. I like it because it is delicious.

          After lunch, we go to buy some melon seeds, some candies and a candy box for the coming festival – Chinese New Year. So we go to a candy shop to buy some melon seeds and candies. Then, we go to a department store to buy the candy box. It is red and has a Hello Kitty logo on it. We are all tired but happy on the way back home.
